Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

11Stat is not a betting or gambling service. It accepts no bets, offers no betting advice, and guarantees no results or income. All outputs are football data analytics, modeling, simulation and educational content only.

11Stat memberships and subscriptions are digital content and digital services made available immediately upon purchase. Accordingly, all membership and subscription fees are non-refundable — no refunds, returns, credits, or withdrawal-right reimbursements are provided. By completing a purchase, you accept this policy.

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid membership plans, subscriptions, one-time digital access packages, upgrades and time extensions offered by 11Stat. 11Stat is a football data analytics and probability-modeling platform; it is not a betting, gambling, investment, or financial-advisory service.

2. Digital Content — Non-Refundable

When you purchase a membership or subscription, you receive immediate and full access to digital analytics content (model outputs, probability scores, simulation and backtest panels). Given the nature of this content (a digital service performed and delivered electronically and instantly, which cannot be physically returned), once the purchase is completed:

• No refund may be requested for all or any part of the amount paid;
• No partial or pro-rated refund is given for unused days or periods;
• Plan upgrades, time extensions and add-on purchases are non-refundable;
• Cancelling a subscription only stops future renewals; it does not create a refund for the current period. Cancellation can be performed from the account settings page or by sending a written request to [email protected]; a cancellation confirmation is sent to your registered email address. Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before the next renewal date prevent that period from being charged.

3. Express Consent to Immediate Performance (Distance Contract)

Under applicable consumer law, statutory withdrawal-right exceptions may apply to contracts for digital content that is performed and delivered to the consumer instantly by electronic means. At purchase, you expressly confirm that you consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun. This confirmation is recorded and retained via the checkout consent checkbox and/or the completion of the transaction.

Note for EU / EEA users: Under European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal ends for users who have given express consent to the delivery of digital content and acknowledged that performance has begun. This consent is retained as a screenshot and record in the checkout flow. Questions: [email protected].

4. Recurring Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected period until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no refund is provided for the period already paid, and your access continues until the end of that period.

2-day free trial: A card subscription begins with a 3 (three) day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged and no refund is required. A reminder email is sent before the trial ends. Periods charged after the trial are non-refundable under the digital-content terms above.

5. Exceptional Cases (Entirely at 11Stat's Discretion)

In the following limited cases we may review the matter, solely at our own discretion and as a goodwill gesture rather than a legal obligation:

• A duplicate (double) charge made by mistake for the same transaction;
• Complete inability to access the service due to a technical fault on our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Any such review requires notice to [email protected] within 30 days. A refund granted following such a review does not alter the "no-refund" basis of this policy and sets no precedent.

6. Refund Requests and Chargebacks

Before opening any payment dispute or chargeback, please contact [email protected] first; most disputes are resolved within 5 business days. If you initiate an unwarranted chargeback with your bank or payment provider in breach of this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and to recover any resulting costs. In such cases, the purchase confirmation, digital access activation record, usage log and your express acceptance of this policy will be presented to the payment processor as an evidence package. This clause does not limit any statutory chargeback rights you may have under consumer law.

7. Nature of the Product — No Guarantee

11Stat provides model estimates and probability output. All ROI and hit-rate figures are paper/simulation quality metrics; they are not a real-money return, winnings, or outcome guarantee. Dissatisfaction, failure to obtain an expected result, or an analytics output not materializing does not constitute grounds for a refund.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is published on this page and applies from the date of publication. Questions: [email protected].

Governing Language

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Turkish-language version of this Refund & Cancellation Policy is the legally binding original; in the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the Turkish text prevails.
