Terms of Service

Article 1 — Parties and Acceptance of the Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between 11Stat ("Platform", "Service Provider") and the natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform ("User"). By registering on the Platform, purchasing any membership plan, or using the service in any way, the User declares that they have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by all of their provisions. If the User does not accept these Terms, they must not use the Platform.

Article 2 — Nature and Scope of the Service

11Stat (11stat.com) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that exclusively provides football data analytics, probability modeling, historical backtest simulation and calibration dashboard services. The Platform offers its users statistical model outputs, scenario analyses, model signals and simulated (paper) quality metrics.

The Platform is not a betting site, sportsbook, games-of-chance operator or tipster service. No analysis, model output, probability score, backtest result or simulation data provided by the Platform implies that any match, event or outcome is guaranteed. All content is data-analytics output for informational and educational purposes only. The User acknowledges that they evaluate the information provided at their own discretion and responsibility. Under no circumstances does or will the Platform promise any particular outcome.

The ROI (Return on Investment) and hit-rate figures shown on the Platform are solely paper backtest quality metrics measuring the model's simulated performance on historical data; they do not constitute any promise of actual earnings.

Article 3 — Membership Plans and Service Description

11Stat exclusively offers a football data analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. The service is a digital software product consisting of probability modeling dashboards, statistical scenario analyses, historical backtest reports and model calibration tools. The Platform does not provide betting, gambling, games-of-chance or tipster services; payments are made solely in consideration of this analytics software subscription.

The Platform offers the following digital membership plans:

• 11Stat Basic — Football Data Access: Access to basic match data, probability cards and limited analysis.
• 11Stat Pro — Football Analytics Dashboard: All market probability analyses, diagnostic summary and historical backtest access.
• 11Stat VIP — Extended Match Data & Model Analytics: Advanced calibration panel, multi-league match data and priority content refresh.
• 11Stat Elite — Advanced Match Data & Model Reports: Full access including all analytics engines, raw diagnostic data and report export.

The scope and content of each plan may be changed by the Platform, provided this is announced in advance. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Article 4 — Account Creation and Security

To benefit from the Platform, the User must create an account with a valid e-mail address. The User is obliged to keep their account details (including username and password) confidential, is responsible for all transactions carried out through their account, and must immediately notify [email protected] upon detecting any unauthorized access. Sharing account details with third parties, or transferring or renting the account, is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to suspend the account or temporarily restrict access in case of a suspected security breach.

Article 5 — Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Collecting or copying Platform content through automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, etc.).
• Redistributing, selling or commercially exploiting model outputs, analysis reports or backtest data to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge.
• Opening multiple accounts in the name of the same person or organization ("multi-accounting").
• Generating excessive load capable of harming the Platform infrastructure, or engaging in any technical interference constituting abuse.
• Using Platform content in a false or misleading context; in particular, conveying or disseminating it in a way that creates the impression that a specific outcome is certain.
• Using the Platform for any purpose contrary to applicable law, public order or the rights of third parties.

Upon detection of any of the prohibited uses above, the Platform reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account without prior notice and, where necessary, to pursue legal remedies.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to software code, algorithms, models, graphics, interface design, text and data outputs) is the exclusive property of 11Stat or its affiliated licensors and is protected under national and international intellectual property law. The access right granted to the User is a limited, personal and non-transferable license only; it confers no ownership or sublicensing rights. All rights not expressly stated in the Terms are reserved.

Article 7 — Payment, Subscription and Access to Digital Content

Paid membership plans are offered as digital subscription fees. Payment is made by credit or debit card via Stripe. (Payment in cryptocurrency has been withdrawn.) 11Stat is a football data analytics SaaS platform; it is not a betting, gambling or games-of-chance service and does not process transactions relating to those categories. Once payment has been verified by the Platform, access to the digital content and tools within the User's chosen plan is provided immediately. The mandatory statutory withdrawal rights held by users in the European Union or other jurisdictions where individual consumer protection legislation applies cannot be restricted by this article; where such a right applies, the procedure for exercising it is explained in detail in the Refund Policy.

Digital Content Delivery and Refund Policy: Under Turkish law, pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services provided digitally whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. By completing the payment transaction, the User declares and accepts that they expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and that, with this consent, they waive their statutory right of withdrawal.

Within this framework, no refund is issued after payment of the membership fee for any reason (non-use, change of mind, preference for a different plan, etc.). However, if it is proven that an access failure clearly resulted from a technical fault attributable to the Platform, the matter will be reviewed via [email protected] and the User may be granted an appropriate time extension or remedy. Each application is assessed individually and does not constitute any promise of compensation.

A subscription begins with a 3 (three) day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the recurring price clearly shown to the User at the point of purchase, and auto-renews at the end of each billing period. If the User cancels before the trial ends, no charge is made. Cancellation is available at any time via “Manage / Cancel subscription” on the account page or at [email protected]; on cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. A reminder email is sent to the User before the trial ends. The price shown to the User is the price charged.

Article 8 — Limitation of Liability

The Platform makes no commitment as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of its analysis and simulation outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11Stat's total liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the Platform, from reliance on its content and outputs, or from the inability to access the Platform is limited to the total membership fee paid by the User for the relevant billing period. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

Article 9 — Service Changes and Termination

11Stat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature, content or plan of the Platform, provided this is announced in advance. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service, Users whose active membership period has not yet been completed will be notified proportionally to the remaining period. The Platform is also entitled to terminate the account and cancel the relevant plan in the event of a breach of any provision of the Terms, in particular the violations covered by Article 5; in such a case, no refund obligation arises.

Article 10 — Personal Data and Privacy

The Platform processes the User's personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the relevant secondary legislation. Detailed information about personal data processing activities, their purposes and User rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) is available in our Privacy Policy. The Platform does not sell User data to third-party advertisers.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In resolving any dispute arising from or related to the Terms, an amicable solution will first be sought via [email protected]. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees in Türkiye or, for claims exceeding the monetary thresholds set out in Law No. 6502, before the competent Turkish courts. The User retains their rights arising from applicable mandatory consumer legislation.

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Updates enter into force on the date they are published on the Platform. The User's continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Language

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Turkish-language version of these Terms is the legally binding original; in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between this translation and the Turkish text, the Turkish text shall prevail.
